Whole30 Day 18

Breakfast-  Eggs and berries, Coffee.  This is my standby

Lunch- Eggs Salad.  It's so good... can't get enough

Clementine

Dinner- Grilled chicken with sauteed veggies and fresh greenbeans grilled with coconut oil and salt and pepper


Diabetes-  All good.  All day.
